FRIDAY AUGUST 7 time commitment: 7:00-8:00
- Admission (collect money at the door $3)
- Registration Table (make sure everyone is signed in/we have their correct information)Merchandise Table (dvds & buttons)
- TNT membership table (If we get enough people to help - I'd like someone to represent the theatre to solicit possible new members and/or answer questions about becoming a member and even possibly sell season tickets)
SATURDAY AUGUST 8 7:00-10:00
- Box Office (collect money at the door for audience $3) TIME COMMITMENT 7:00-8:00
- Concessions (cake & punch?) TIME COMMITMENT 7-10pm
- Merchandise Table (dvds & buttons) TIME COMMITMENT 7-10pm
- TNT membership table TIME COMMITMENT 7-10pm
